Cancel any time
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your PayPal account. No further payments are taken after you cancel. Your server stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and is then deleted. Copy your data before that date.
First payment
If the service does not work for you, ask for a refund of your first payment within 7 days of subscribing. Contact us with your PayPal subscription ID.
If we cannot deliver
If we cannot set up the server you ordered, for example because the stack you need cannot run in the memory you chose, we refund the payment in full.
What is not refunded
- Renewal payments after the first 7 days, once the new period has started.
- Servers suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
- Third-party costs such as domain registrations.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through PayPal to the account that paid. PayPal may take a few days to show them.
